Privacy for contact enquiries
The controller’s identity, address and contact details are provided in the legal notice. When you contact us by form or email, we use your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, and our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries.
Our email provider is united-domains. Completed enquiries are deleted no later than three months after completion unless statutory retention requirements or other legal grounds prevent deletion. Please do not send passwords or confidential model content.
